This spacious two-bedroom mill apartment is one floor up from the mill entrance.

There is a double bedroom with the luxury of a Four Poster double bed.   It looks out over the river.  This room has a dressing shelf, mirror and stool.  The twin bedroom, with two adult size single beds, looks out towards the hillside garden.  Both rooms have a built-in double wardrobe with plenty of coat hangers.  There is a bedside table/drawers and a bedside lamp for each person.   Between the two rooms is a lobby, leading out to the fire escape.

The lounge/dining room has a comfortable, cottage style three-piece suite, a wood effect stove, a colour television and a video recorder/dvd player. There is a small collection of books and videos in the apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a full sized oven, electric hob, microwave and fridge. The bathroom is fully fitted with shower over bath.
