This spacious two-bedroom mill apartment is at the driveway level, with no steps needed to reach it. It has direct garden access via a door in the twin bedroom. There is a double bedroom with the luxury of a Four Poster double bed. The bed was made especially for the mill by a local artist. It is a double aspect room with views over the river and West across the water wheel down the valley. This room has a dressing shelf, mirror and stool. There is a DAB radio/Ipod Dock by the bed.
Both
bedrooms have a built-in double wardrobe with
plenty of coat hangers. There is a bedside table/drawers and a
bedside lamp for each person.
The lounge/dining room has a comfortable three-piece suite, a wood effect stove, a flat screen colour television and a video recorder/dvd player. There is a small collection of books and videos in the apartment, with lots more available in the libraries. Free internet connectivity can be provided on request. The dining table has 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped including a full sized oven, ceramic electric hob, microwave, slim-line dishwasher, freezer and fridge. The bathroom is fully fitted with a shower over the bath. The twin bedroom, with two adult size single beds,
is also a double aspect room, looking out towards the
hillside garden and West down the valley. This room has a French
door which opens out onto steps down to the Wheel Garden and the patio
area for Carders Corner. Note
