This spacious two-bedroom mill apartment has been newly refurbished. It is one floor down from the mill entrance but also can be accessed directly from the garden.

There is a large and airy double bedroom with the luxury of a Four Poster double bed. It is double aspect, with views out over the river and along the leat and up the valley. It has glazed double doors which open out directly onto the garden. Outside there is a patio area - perfect for breakfast outside.

The double bedroom has a mirrored double wardrobe with plenty of coat hangers, a dressing table with stool and chest of drawers. There are bedside lamps on both sides of the bed and a DAB radio with Ipod dock. The twin bedroom has two adult size single beds, a double wardrobe and a bedside table and lamp for each person. It looks out towards the leat and the hillside garden.

The lounge/dining room has a comfortable modern sofa, easily accommodating 4. There is a wood effect stove, a flat screen colour television and a video recorder/dvd player. There is a small collection of books and videos in the apartment, with lots more available in the libraries. Free internet connectivity can be provided on request. The dining table has 4 chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a full sized oven, electric ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate counter top-freezer. The bathroom is fully fitted with shower over bath.
