The agreement is
between the hirer and the owners of the property, Samantha & Christine
Hogarth. Any booking incorporates the conditions set out below:
- Your apartment will be available
to you from 16:00 on the day that you arrive. In order to maintain high
standards of cleanliness we ask you to vacate your apartment by 10.00am
on the day of departure. If you need to arrive earlier, or leave later,
please discuss with Sam & Chris.
- The property should be left in
the same clean and tidy condition it was found on your arrival.
Cleaning materials are provided.
- The mill apartments are let and
furnished for the numbers specified and no exception can be made except
by prior arrangement. A cot or ¾ bed can be added by arrangement. A
high chair is also available on request.
- Tea towels, bed linen and
personal towels (a bath towel hand towel for each guest) are provided.
Please note you will need to bring your own beach towels. The price
includes all electricity, heating and hot water.
- Children are very welcome.
Parents/Guardians must take responsibility for their children, who play
at their own risk and are expected to treat the mill apartment, its
contents and all areas with respect. Children must be supervised in the
gardens.
- The owner accepts no liability to
any hirer or party member for any personal injury, loss or damage to
property however sustained or caused, nor for the loss or theft of
property or money.
- All vehicles and their
accessories and contents together with personal items and baggage are
left at owner’s risk.
- Guests are responsible for their
mill apartment and its contents and are liable for any damage.
- All Mill apartments are
non-smoking.
- Sorry, no pets allowed.
- In the highly unlikely event that
the property be unavailable on the day stated, all monies paid to the
owners will be refunded without question. In no event shall the
liability of the owners to the hirer exceed the rental paid for the
apartment.
- While every effort is made to
provide the amenities as advertised, no liability will fall on the owner
should restrictions be applied in the event of floods, drought,
powercuts or any other circumstance outside of the control of the
owners.
Bookings
Payment
- A non-returnable deposit of
25% of the total holiday price is payable on booking, with the
balance due 2 months before the holiday start date.
- Short breaks must be paid for
in full when booking.
- Payment can be made on-line
via PayPal or by cheque made payable to C Hogarth.
- If you pay by cheque, please
complete the booking form (click
here to download) and return it with the cheque. We are happy
to hold a booking for a week, pending receipt of the deposit.
- If you are entitled to a
discount, either arrange to pay by cheque or, if you prefer to pay
by PayPal, please pay the full price and we will ensure that your
discount is refunded to you by cheque when you arrive at the mill.
Discounts include:

if more than one consecutive week is booked

if two or more mill apartments are booked for the same weeks

if you are a returning guest.
Cancellation
- Please advise as soon as
possible if you need to cancel a booked holiday.
- We are sorry, but we do not
make automatic refunds on cancellation once payment has been
received. The deposit is non-refundable. If we are able to re-let
your apartment, we will refund the balance.
- Holiday insurance is highly
recommended.
We reserve the right to amend our
terms without prior notice.
