There is plenty of room for clothes etc in your apartment (each bedroom has a double wardrobe) so bring whatever you need. We can accommodate bikes too, if you want to bring one with you (you can lock them in our shed). A torch can be handy and something for paddling in the river is fun. We provide towels and bed linen, but you will need to bring beach towels with you.
It's a good idea to print off the directions given in Where are We to find the mill. Most sat navs will get you here but some have been known to deposit people in the middle of nowhere and there's no mobile signal. |

Have a look at our activities page to see if there is anything you want to book for e.g. the Cenarth Adventure Centre can get very busy. But don't worry if you aren't that organised - you will find details of most attractions in your apartment when you arrive, so it's not too late to plan things when you get here.
If you want food delivered to the mill rather than bringing it with you, Tesco Home Delivery will deliver to the mill. Samantha and Chris are happy to take it in for you as long as it arrives no earlier than 12:00 on the day that you arrive. If there are any substitutions, we will have to simply accept them for you. Of course, if you arrange for the delivery after you arrive, you can decide about substitutions for yourselves. Please let us know if you would like us to take in a delivery for you.

What to do on Arrival |
|
|
Your apartment will be ready for you any time after 16:00 on the day of arrival. It helps to know when you are likely to arrive, especially if it's going to be very late, but don't worry if you are a bit delayed - Sam and Chris live at the mill and will be there all Saturday afternoon and evening, ready to let you in when you arrive. (If you arrive after midnight, you will find a letter just inside the hallway, telling you how to get into your apartment).
When you arrive at the mill, park outside the entrance to unload your bags. Don't worry about unloading straight away - come in and have a drink to unwind (there will be tea, coffee, milk, sugar and fruit tea waiting for you). You will be able to turn your car around at the top of the drive.
Ring the door bell on the front door. Sam and Chris live at the mill and will meet you when you arrive, give you your keys and show you around your apartment. You will find a folder in your lounge full of information about the mill and suggestions of places to visit during your stay.
When you have unpacked, please drive your car up to the main car park.
